Boxing Day Special

I could not care less about Boxing Day, really. But since 2003, it has been a special day which I'll make sure I take time off work for. It's CK's birthday!!

This year, we head down to Hotel Maya's Still Waters for some scrumptious Cantonese style fine dining. I can't say I like them all. But some was sure tasty tasty.




Shark's fins soup with baby abalone & crabmeat


Cantonese fried noodles with lobster (I wish there was more lobster)


Durian crepe (I know this doesn't look like mouth-watering dessert but can't complain about the taste though)
