Fleur pour moi et toi

I love having flowers in the house. It makes the house feels like home and perks up the place. I feel happy just by looking at them. It may sounds crazy to some but I just love it. Most girls, no matter what their age, would love getting flowers be it on their birthdays or for no special occasions but just as a lovely surprise. For my birthday this year, my dear friend, Chern has send me a bouquet of flowers. I liked it but she was abit pissed as our friend who accidently told me as slip of her tongue and spoiled the surprise. But I'm happy nonetheless Chern. Thanks babe.

So when it comes to my wedding, finding the right hand bouquet was a challenge. Like many brides today, I relied on the net and forum to plan my wedding. I'm basically hooked to The Knot as I just adore the details of all the wedding stuff. And I just love their flower bouquets. They are unlike what we have here. Most of the hand bouquet they pictured are just flowers and not filled up by leaves. I love tulips and it's difficult to get hold of them. And as I like my hand bouquet just being flowers, I decided to make my own. Our wedding theme was "Color me purple" and needless to say, I got purple tulips to go with it. Ta dah!! Here's my hand bouquet, purple tulips, purple roses and 2 tones pink eustoma. Photo taken by our wedding photographer. I also did 3 hand bouquets for my gorgeous bridesmaids, Chern, Mel & Chia Huey.
